SATSANG & MEDITATION
Satsang is a Sanskrit word which means a gathering of people to create a sacred environment of truth and spiritualism. In English, "Satsang" is referred to as spiritual fellowship or spiritual community. It is a practice in Hinduism and other Indian spiritual traditions where people gather together to discuss and reflect on spiritual teachings, often in the presence of a spiritual teacher or guru.
Satsang is based on the following 2 roots :
Sat - which means Truth
Sangh - which means Company Or Association.

How to meditate?
It's as simple as sitting down, being quiet and being still. At first, there are a lot of fluctuations, Thoughts, irritations, sometimes even anxiety, but if you just allow it to come up and to be felt, after some time your mind will calm, and the anxiety will fade.
Scheduled practice for the meditation class.
Each evening will be unique as we explore various traditions and views. This will be a discussion followed by a guided or silent meditation, depending on the topic of the session. We will dedicate half an hour to sitting and consciously tapping into our depth with a suggested method. There are multiple methods and no one right way. You may, however, find it helpful to follow a suggested technique.
